The REACH Program for Nutrition and Weight Management is a 12-week facilitated lecture/workshop designed by Dr. Jill Tieman. Participants learn important concepts in nutrition, personal fitness, and behavior modification geared towards permanent weight loss and management. The "REACH" acronym stands for the following:

R   relationships—with those around us and our relationship with food;
E   exercise—an important part of any weight management program;
A   attitudes—about ourselves and our cultural eating traditions;
C   chemistry, or nutrition—there will be a great deal of cutting edge       nutrition information;
H   habits—a series of behavior modification excercies will offer strategies       for change.
